Process

01. Tell me about your space

Complete the design questionnaire and share photos, measurements, inspiration, and anything you’d like me to work around.

I’ll follow up with any questions before we get started and a turnaround time (typically 2-4 business days).

I will request 50% of the total package price as a deposit, and 50% upon completion and delivery of the design.

02. I get to work

I’ll get to work creating a thoughtful, personalized nursery design tailored to your space, style, and budget.

I will deliver your design within the quoted turnaround time via email or preferred communication method.

Then we can discuss your feedback and selections!

03. Let's make it perfect

One round of revisions is included, so we can refine the details until the design feels just right.

Finally, you’ll receive everything you need to bring your nursery together.

If you love it, tell your friends! If you don’t love it yet, let’s refine until you do.

FAQ

  • Your nursery is personally designed by me, Katherine, owner of Nice Light Studio. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all design or a pre-made template—each space is thoughtfully created around your room, style, needs, and budget.

    I personally review your photos, measurements, inspiration, and design preferences, then curate the furnishings, finishes, textiles, artwork, and details that bring the room together.

    I use a variety of professional and creative tools throughout the design process, including rendering and visualization technology, to help you see the finished space before bringing it to life. Every design decision, product selection, and recommendation is made and reviewed by me.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on your space. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final digital PDF.

    Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, or secure checkout through my website.

  • Nice Light Studio reserves the right to use project renderings, mood boards, and photographs of completed spaces for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Client names, addresses, and any identifying information will never be shared without permission.

  • Project communication will take place via email unless otherwise specified by the client. Alternative communication options include text and facebook or instagram messenger.
