    Designed to help you make confident builder selections before construction begins by establishing a cohesive design direction for your home.

    • This service provides design direction for your new build using your builder's available options or independent sourcing. It is intended to simplify the selection process and create a cohesive home before construction is complete via materials, colors, textures, hardware, etc.

    Phase 2: Interior Furnishing & Styling

    A complete, shoppable design plan with everything you need to confidently bring the design to life. This enables you to walk away with a clear, detailed plan for each space that you can work towards when ready.

    Each room includes everything below:

    • 1-2 renderings per room

    • Detailed shopping list with curated product links and alternatives

    • Budget estimates for each furnished room

      • I will include recommendations for cost-saving measures or upgrades

      • Does not include material costs (flooring, paint, etc).

    • Color and texture palette
